How to Play Mega Altaria ex Deck

  1. Prioritize placing Chingling in the Active Spot and use its "Chime Noise" attack to block the opponent's Item cards.
  2. Use Lisia to reliably set up Swablu and Pumpkaboo on your Bench.
  3. When the opponent’s hand overflows with Items, use Mars to discard their resources and further disrupt their progress.
  4. Deploy Gourgeist to the Active Spot while preparing for Mega Evolution; its 1-Energy, 70-damage attack is sufficient to take down non-ex Pokémon.
  5. If the opponent begins powering up an ace on the Bench, use Cyrus to force it out and accumulate damage early with Jirachi’s sniping.
  6. If you lack evolution pieces, use Copycat to sync with the opponent's large hand and draw necessary cards instantly.
  7. Complete Mega Altaria ex and sink the opponent's main attackers with 130-damage strikes.
  8. For any wounded Pokémon that retreat to the Bench, use Jirachi’s sniping ability again to take the remaining Prize cards and secure the win.
